This week's Wednesday playgroup will be cancelled, due to the deepfreeze going on. We'll resume again in February if we have enough people interested.

Also, big reminder about the Financial Organization evening that will be taking place at the Church THIS Friday evening, (January 20, 2012) at 7 p.m.  Babysitting will be provided.  We hope you'll try to make it out to hear Denise & Roshanne and learn from their expertise in this area.:)  If you have any questions, please contact a member of the RS Presidency.  This is for both men and women....come alone...together.....:)

We would also like to make you aware of a Service project going on for the Activity Days girls.  The New Brighton Ward is in charge of collecting 100 bars of soap for a Stake Activity Days Service Project. Please start setting some aside and/or picking up a extra set next time your out shopping. These will go towards the 100 humanitarian kits that the girls will all be making! Boxes and Posters will be at church by next Sunday.

Choir has started up again and will be meeting on Sundays at 12:30 (just before Sacrament meeting.  They are starting to work on Easter Choir songs and would be thrilled to get as many people out as possible.

And lastly, please mark your calendars for the Stake Relief Society evening coming up on Friday, January 27, 2012 at 6 p.m. at the Stake Centre.  A light supper will be served at 6 p.m., followed by a program, and some amazing classes.  We hope to see you all there!  (We'll post a copy of the schedule and speakers on this blog for those of you who may have missed out on the invitation.

Have a great week and stay warm!!!:)
